Mezcal Espina Negra has been produced by over three generations of the Cruz Molina family in Santa Ana del Rio, Oaxaca. Smoked notes of the agave and pineapple, along with notes of lime and flowers, a little spicy in the first sips, and light in the following, with a sweet taste of maturity and good cooking of the agave.
